Cancellation Policy
You will be required to put a card on file when booking your appointment in order to hold your spot. Your card will not be charged for the service—it is simply to use for the cancellation policy. Emergencies happen, and I understand that things come up. However, these policies are put in place in order to be fair to myself and my clients.
- Cancellations within 1 week of your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to your card on file.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, a fee of $100 will be charged to your card on file.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the cost of your service will be charged to your card on file.
- Same day cancellations/no shows will result in the full amount of your service to be charged to your card on file.
Touch Up Appointments
Touch up appointments are required for ALL new/initial clients booking a permanent makeup service. This is why the price of the touch up is included in the initial appointment. You must book your touch up appointment within the specified time frame by your artist. This warrants the best results. If you go beyond this timeframe, you will be charged a fee of $50 for your touch up appointment.
